Andy started 1-on-1 coaching with me in Feb 2015 with a 60kg squat, 40kg bench and 65kg deadlift, eating 1200-1400 cal/day & a goal to lose 10kg.
After almost 2 years working together, >10% drop in bodyfat, food peaking up to 3100 calories & 7 powerlifting comps under our belt, this goal has transformed into pure strength gains. Andy’s best lifts are now 135kg squat, 77.5kg bench 155kg deadlift.

Brittany W


Brittany came to me in May 2015 with a goal of losing ~25kg. She had tried unsustainable methods in the past so came to me wanting long term, realistic weight loss. Before training with me she was not exercising at all and was in low energy, high stress mode. Brittany was also not eating enough food, consuming ~1500 calories/day. Over the course of 6 months, we took her food up to 2000 calories/day and she dropped 20kg, and 30% body fat.

 [Brittany] I had come into my first session expecting that I would need to restrict my calorie intake, I was so surprised Annie said to eat more. My results show how well it works! Annie always put the focus on eating lots and eating well, and training to build my body. I wasn’t allowed to wallow in negative self-talk, and instead began to love the feeling of being strong. Soon it became about what my body was capable of and not just what it looked like. I became more confident, better able to cope with stress and less anxious. I don’t know a lot of women who strive for strength in the way that Annie does. She became a role model for me as a strong, confident female. I would (and have been) recommending Annie to absolutely everybody!!


Trace M


Trace is part of our Powerlifting Team at Lifters League. We have been working together to build her squat and sumo deadlift into stronger, safer lifts after she has had ongoing hip issues.

[Trace] Finding that I can truly self motivate myself with the right coach, programming and nutrition has given me the best results I’ve ever had. Annie’s knowledge and passion for what she does is amazing. I never feel silly asking questions, if I feel any discomfort Annie finds the cause and alleviates it so it is not an ongoing problem. I am far stronger than I ever thought possible while becoming leaner and eating more than I ever have before.
