If you are new to the gym and interested in becoming stronger or doing powerlifting competitions, then these classes are designed for people like you.

Booty and Brawn runs beginner classes for females – to get strong and learn the fundamental principles of strength training. These classes run for 8 weeks, with weekly sessions of high intensity┬átraining that focusses on learning techniques and new exercises.

The next round of classes start Feb 10th 2016. Prices start at $25/class.
